Jab Co is the new wine shop of the Hôtel de Beaune, superb establishment which also houses a restaurant, Bistro, and a café, the Coffe & Deli. The name recalls the initials of Johan Björklund the owner, a former chef of Swedish origin, who is also wine merchant. The private tasting room is not only reserved for customers, often international, of the hotel, it is open to all wine lovers. The shop offers a fine selection of wines, some less than 40 euros. Nan, the sommelier of the house, or Johan, himself, invites you to discover the cellar where the selection goes upmarket: Burgundy, Bordeaux, champagnes from the most reputed houses... Jab Co makes expeditions worldwide and also vinified its own wines. In partnership with winemakers of the region, it set up its own range under the name of Charles Van Canneyt. Decidedly, it has a change in the world of Beaune wine shops!
