DOMAINES ALBERT BICHOT
Since its birth in 1831, Maison Albert Bichot has become a world renowned wine house. Owners of 100 ha of vines through Burgundy and 6 Chablis domains in Chénas, a commune of northern Beaujolais, passing through Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune, the House completes its production by the trading of grape or must for an equivalent of 300 ha cultivated in a reasoned or biological manner. Vinifiant and raising its wines out of 4 vat, are more than 2 million bottles produced each year for a palette of 150 names, from the Bourgognes to the most famous Grands Crus. Alberic Bichot, who represents the 6 th generation of the family and who has run the domain since 1992, has considerably moved the image of the house, a work that pays because its notoriety has never been so high. For several years, the Maison Albert Bichot has been the first buyer of the sale of the Hospices de Beaune. Albert Bichot wines are found in many wineries, on the map of some restaurateurs and in the best fine grocery stores. Visit the new Domains Albert Bichot website to identify these places.
