A farmer trader in Beaune since 1997, Alex Gambal, this American fallen into love for Beaune, has quickly made himself known for the quality of his wines. Assisted by Fabrice Laronze, his chef, the house is growing year by year, so 2,5 ha are now owned, or 30% of production. Philosophy: respect the characteristics of each appellation and vintage. Traditional winemaking is based on the quality of the raw material: partnership and trade with wine producers. Established since 2005 in the old buildings of the Bouchard house, the work tool is adapted to the current constraints of winemaking, hygiene, procedures and passion make success success. 20 catalogue names, 60% of which are white. Here you can find Pinot noir noir and chardonnay burgundy, some names from the Coast of Beaune and the Côte de Nuits (meursault, chassagne-montrachet, puligny-montrachet, vosne-romanée). With a sober design, prices in the range of 10 € to 130 €, the only claim of the house is to satisfy your good taste!
