Mist Gourmandes is a brand of spirits and spray spirits. A unique and original collection created in 2012 by Philippe Vançon and Jean-David Camus, two creative, passionate and enterprising associates. The selection of alcohols is of high quality, such as Burgundy marc, cognac, pastis, Williams pear, kirsch, rum and whisky, and is packed in 30 or 100 ml vials with a atomizer which is going to release the product into microscopic droplets - less than 0,2 ml of alcohol by pressure - to boost the aroma of sprayed alcohol on a salted or sweet dish without really making it degree. To wake up some dishes and bring them the finishing touch that will delight discerning gourmets. Mist Gourmandes offers some applications such as rum rum from Martinique with fruity and spicy notes on a chiffonnade of Serrano ham, melon, and cod accras or that of a Burgundy marc on brochet quenelles, risotto with seafood. But why not convert a crepe to sugar under a cognac spray or cappuccino with a whisky veil?
