Experienced in the spirits business, Mathieu Sabbagh took over the Pigneret company in 2018, an artisanal and itinerant distiller serving winemakers. In the process, he created SAB's, a range of four Burgundy brandies, a Marc, a Fine, a Pear and a Gin. Fully involved in the revival and defence of Burgundy spirits, Mathieu is practising plot-based production, optimising ageing and innovating in the finishing touches to give you back the taste and desire to enjoy a fine as an aperitif.
