Amateurs of fine spirits, collectors of whiskies out of age, rare rums, gin of exception you will hallucinate. Christophe Gremeaux, a sommelier of training and experience, has created a veritable temple dedicated to Spirits since 2011 in the heart of Beaune. It is in a warm and unique atmosphere that the bottles of bottles offer you. Whiskies and Bourbons are from 20 € to close to 500 € the bottle. You can obtain any reference on order, such as a Whisky Bowmore 1964 to 3700 €. These whiskies are from France and even from the Beaune region, Scotland, Ireland, Sweden, India, Brittany or Japan. Christophe offers news every month, as well as more than 40 rums, including Arrangés arranged Ced, alcohol of exquisite finesse, vodkas, gins, absinthes, artisanaux, artisanaux, liqueurs, syrups…. For enlightened amateurs or not, you have here a mine of gifts, accessories, special glasses… it is a separate universe, complementary to the universe of local wine where one could quickly wonder for the pleasure of eyes (because bottles are beautiful) before that of the palace! On a daily basis, the house offers more than 20 whiskies, a dozen rums and many other spirits in tasting.
