J’étais déjà très inspiré par les photos sur google, puis quand aujourd’hui je vous ai vu ouverts, avec une longue queue j’ai eu confirmation de votre bonté! Après, quand j’ai goûté pour la première fois vos créations (ex. feuilleté jambone et epoisse; le jambon persillé, aspic saumon oeuf mollet), je suis tombée amoureuse de vous! Merci pour vos œuvres d’art à regarder et à déguster!

Young man serving helped us translate some ingredients, so we could choose some pies and pate en croute. We were staying at a nearby self-catering apartment and enjoyed shopping and eating like a local. We were so impressed with the food that we popped in the next day to thank the young man for the quality of the food.

This mr my elaborate wedding meal, for 100 people, now 11 years ago and I always a big fan of what he does.
Guests still remember the flavour of these dishes and the great pleasure that they feel some. Everything is exquisite. The theme of my association was " voyages" and through these recipes, we had a great journey, our tastebuds still memory...
