Day trips to Khao Sok National Park (8:30am to 4:45pm), around James Bond Island and Phang Nga Bay (7:30am to 4:45pm), or a tour of the most important Buddhist temples around Khao Lak (Tuesdays only, 9am to 4:45pm). Very well organized and competent guides. The tour around James Bond Island is our top recommendation.
