Olivier Rouhier's cuisine takes you on a gustatory journey, combining Burgundian traditions with a modern assortment of dishes. You can combine your menu: 2, 3 or 4 courses according to your preferences. Everything is homemade, including the ice creams by a master craftsman. The wine list highlights local winemakers to accompany the dishes of your choice.
