Chef Pablo Blattman has long worked in the most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants, and attended the Bocuse school. He is Swiss-Bolivian and serves gourmet French cuisine with an Asian twist. Choose from a duo of tuna and salmon tartare, or snails, foie gras and dried fig chutney. We'll treat ourselves to a fillet of beef with porcini mushroom sauce, or dedos tuna, a tuna fillet coated with cashew nuts and served with Asian tabbouleh. For dessert, chocolate moelleux or ginger crème brûlée. A great address!
