The Raiatea Lodge restaurant is set in the beautiful surroundings of the eponymous hotel. The cuisine is orchestrated by chef Romain Léonard, who excels in blending flavors and presentations, combining local products with international influences. Dishes that sublimate Polynesian flavors: mi-cuit de thon rouge, grilled mahi-mahi, Fe'e des Tuamotu or filet de boeuf rôti au Rhum. A culinary experience in an elegant, friendly atmosphere.
