This is an eminently spiritual place. Perched on a mountain between Naoussa and Ambelas, it attracts a lot of visitors from all over the world to practice various activities: from meditation to dance, from yoga to massage, as well as biodynamics or acupuncture through reflexology and painting. There are even a few trance parties in the summer on full moon nights. It's zen, relaxing and revitalizing thanks in part to the organic food offered. Great for the body and the mind. Tao's is a meditation, yoga and wellness center located on the beautiful island of Paros, Greece. It offers a wide range of classes and daily activities that will allow you to take care of yourself and recharge your batteries. In addition to meditation and yoga, there are Pilates, Chi Kung and ring classes. At Tao's, you can also enjoy various massages, therapies and healing sessions. The center is also a perfect address for a meditative retreat, including Buddhist teachings. In this peaceful haven, you will be accompanied by experienced teachers and therapists. You will also enjoy rich, nutritious, balanced and very delicious meals. The center's restaurant offers Asian-Mediterranean cuisine made with fresh, local ingredients, mostly organic. The center's guests are accommodated in the nearby village of Ambelas, in a variety of family-run hotels ranging from simple to luxurious.
