Hotel offering easy access on foot to the park entrance, comfortable rooms, decent buffet breakfast, in-house restaurant
A good address for your stay in Periyar. The entrance to the park is within walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, soberly and carefully decorated, and impeccably kept. Some of them are a bit dark though. Breakfast buffet is just right. Restaurant at home. Nice swimming pool to cool down after your safaris. The real plus of the place is its location close to the park: in the morning, you can see Nilgiris black langurs and giant Malabar squirrels frolicking in the trees of the garden.
