Focusing on taste, nutrition and health, Vitagora aims to create innovative projects for sustainable food. 12 years after its creation, this competitiveness cluster comprises 340 members (large groups, smes, research laboratories, higher education institutions…), nearly 80% of which work collaboratively. The majority of projects put in place by Vitagora are innovations in food products or supplements and culinary preparations. A common value? The welfare of people.
