Diagtest was founded by Patricia Lesage in 2015. In addition to DPE (diagnostic de performance énergétique) for individual housing, its qualification as a diagnostician with mention enables it to carry out DPEs for businesses, shops and collective buildings.
Diagtest alsoprovides end-of-works certificates confirming compliance with RE2020 thermal regulations, and has integrated the skills of an authorized operator for end-of-works tests.
Diagtest is alsodeveloping its activity as a project management assistant, particularly in the context of condominium projects, to support owners in the financial engineering phase of an energy renovation project. This project management assistance (AMO) can involve a number of different phases, such as assistance in drawing up specifications, so that customers can consult a project management team, but also, and above all, research into all the financial solutions available to customers. This assistance is particularly important, as it also helps to bring together all the players involved in the renovation process, in order to facilitate the realization of customers' projects.
