SEMAAD - SOCIÉTÉ D'ECONOMIE MIXTE D'AMÉNAGEMENT DE L'AGGLOMÉRATION DIJONNAISE
The Société d'Agglomération Mixte d'agglomeration de l'Agglomeration Dijonnaise (SEMAAD) is a limited company of local mixed economy whose capital is divided between territorial communities, majority and private partners of the territory, minority. Created in 1961 by the City of Dijon to develop Lake Kir, the SEMAAD is mainly dedicated to the development of habitat and activity areas, to the construction and operation of buildings and key public equipment in hand, and to the provision of services. It intervenes primarily in the territory of the 116 communes of the Territorial Coherence Scheme (SCOT) of the Dijonnaise area, including the 22 communes in the agglomeration of Dijon. The SEMAAD is the reference developer of the dijonnaise area.
