Odifis is evolving to become IM O, but remains a real estate agency dedicated to transactions and the sale of land, houses and apartments by the Orvitis group. This entity facilitates home ownership at affordable prices in a variety of ways. The purchase of rented accommodation, reserved for Orvitis tenants, is an opportunity to move from rented accommodation to private housing, without changing one's habits (under certain conditions). Odifis / IM O supports tenants throughout the purchasing process.
A new offer: By becoming IM O, the agency is developing a new affordable home ownership offer, as well as the possibility of acquiring building plots.
The PSLA ( location-accession )scheme enables homeowners to become the owners of a new home, without having to make a downpayment, after a rental period stipulated in an initial contract. With a rent almost equivalent to the subsequent loan repayment, rent-to-own offers a smooth transition to home ownership (means-tested).
A diversity of propositions: Odifis / IM O also offers commercial premises rental, and is also at the service of local authorities, acting as syndic on their behalf in addition to Orvitis properties.
Rental for all: LLI (logement locatif intermédiaire, or intermediate rental housing) is gradually establishing itself in the rental landscape, with offers and rents that are more accessible to households unable to join the private sector. Odifis is part of this trend.
