For over 120 years, the UNPI (Union nationale de la propriété immobilière) has been working to ensure that property owners' rights are respected. The Union offers its 250,000 members - owners, occupiers, lessors and co-owners - a wide range of advice, particularly on the precautions to take when drawing up rental contracts. UNPI offices are free of charge and without restriction, and the annual membership fee is deductible from property income.
