Over the past 50 years, the CSI thermal and fluids design office has developed its expertise in the study and design of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and fluids installation projects for local authorities, industry, the tertiary sector and housing. The 6-strong team, headed by Fabrice Godot-Lallement and Sébastien Herpin, handles the thermal aspects of projects throughout Burgundy Franche-Comté. The growing demand for energy-efficient renovation of condominiums in the Dijon metropolitan area has led to the creation of a skills pool with Cobatec, a prime contractor and worksite coordinator, to meet this demand. Soliha is in charge of the project's financial engineering. The Cobatec, CSI, Soliha consortium enables renovation projects to be carried out within 3 years, from feasibility study to acceptance of work, including all phases of education at meetings and general assemblies, individual social surveys to mobilize aid and the support of the majority of co-owners' votes.
