CSI BUREAU D'ETUDES THERMIQUES FLUIDES
Founded in 1974, SCI Bureau d'études thermiques has developed its expertise in the study and design of heating, air conditioning and ventilation installation projects for local authorities, industry and construction. Led by Fabrice Godot-Lallement, this team of 6 thermal engineers handles the thermal aspects of projects throughout Burgundy Franche-Comté. The growing demand for energy-efficient renovation of condominiums in the Dijon metropolitan area has led to the creation of a skills pool with Cobatec, a prime contractor and worksite coordinator, to meet this demand. Soliha is in charge of the project's financial engineering. The Cobatec, CSI, Soliha consortium enables renovation projects to be completed within 3 years, from feasibility study to acceptance of work, including all phases of education at general assemblies, individual social surveys to mobilize aid and the support of the majority of co-owners' votes.
