The Moyse Group created the property promotion company, Moyse Promotion in 2008 to expand its offer while enjoying its expertise. Moyse promotion offers city houses, twinned or grouped by 4 with the Liberty Concept brand, goods delivered turnkey, land and terraces. This formula, the plans imposed in or T 4 or T 5 offers a good quality and very badly affected prices. On average, 200 000 € for a single house between 80 and 100 m ².
