Segerad is a real estate agency specialized in rental management and syndic on Dijon and Besançon. Located in the premises of the developer Seger, Segerad does not hide its filiation from the premium and high-end parent company. The rental stock is made up of 750 lots, properties that are perfectly monitored and often very well located. The rental management is done à la carte, the owner can delegate 100% of the tasks or keep some of them. Florent Colin, who has been managing the agency since 2016, also brings all his real estate experience to the union management of the hundred or so condominiums under his responsibility, with as many residences in Dijon as in Besançon and a team of 10 people to provide all the services.
