FNAIM is the1st professional real estate association. In 2024, it brings together 102 agencies in Côte-d'Or under the presidency of Catherine Vandriesse, for a panel of over 2,000 listings, including over 1,500 for sale and 500 for rent. Throughout the Bourgogne Franche Comté region, 392 agencies are members of the FNAIM. All real estate professions are represented, from real estate transactions to rentals, from property management to property management and even diagnosticians. All are committed to the FNAIM by signing a deontological charter, and strive to remain at the cutting edge of their professions by attending several training courses each year. FNAIM has set up the École supérieure de l'immobilier, the first school-company specialized in real estate, which offers training from BTS to Master 2, in collaboration with 4 universities, including the Université de Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. FNAIM also puts itself in direct contact with private individuals by displaying the ads of member agencies.
FNAIM is also a partner of the real estate professionals' website, www.bienici.com, which geolocates properties according to your criteria and refers you to agencies holding mandates. A point of pride for Dijon real estate agent Jean-François Buet is president of BienIci.Com!
In Côte-d'Or, the FNAIM is a member of the Bourse Immobilière By Amepi, which has 82 members and nearly 1,000 properties for sale under exclusive mandate.
