ORVITIS - L'HABITAT EN CÔTE-D'OR

Orvitis is a departmental housing operator, as well as a developer and social landlord, whose aim is to make housing accessible to as many people as possible.

With a presence in Dijon Métropole, Orvitis has nearly 5,000 homes in this area, out of a total of 13,500 in the Côte-d'Or, mainly apartments but also detached houses. Orvitis' offer is aimed at the widest possible range of people, whatever their age or situation. Homes are eligible for APL and can be adapted for people with reduced mobility. The sales office on Place de la République provides local advice and studies the needs of each individual to find a suitable solution.

Every year, new homes are added to the Orvitis portfolio.

On existing properties, modernization work focuses on accessibility and thermal performance, with the aim of reducing energy bills for occupants. Orvitis is also working on home adaptation projects and the construction of Sérénitis residences for independent over-65s, to help them stay in their own homes for as long as possible.

As part of its efforts to combat "passive heating", by 2030 Orvitis will have undertaken thermal renovation work to ensure that there are no E, F and G energy label homes in its portfolio. in this way, 1,200 homes will be renovated, i.e. 150 each year.
In Dijon, Orvitis will have completed the renovation of 219 homes in the Fontaine-d'Ouche district by 2023, and is restructuring the ILM building at 14 to 30 rue Ernest Renan, deconstructing three stairwells to divide the building into three residential units comprising 90 homes, including a Sérénitis residence.
