ORVITIS - L'HABITAT EN CÔTE-D'OR

Orvitis is a departmental housing operator, as well as a developer and social landlord, whose aim is to make housing accessible to all.

With a presence in Dijon Métropole, Orvitis has nearly 5,000 housing units in this area, out of a total of 13,500 in the Côte-d'Or, mainly apartments but also detached houses. Orvitis' offer is aimed at the widest possible range of people, whatever their age or situation. Homes are eligible for APL and can be adapted for people with reduced mobility. Every year, new homes are added to the Orvitis portfolio. In 2024, 150 new apartments were completed, while a similar number are expected in 2025.

In existing properties, modernization work focuses on accessibility and thermal performance, with the aim of reducing energy bills for occupants. To ensure that the elderly remain in their own homes for as long as possible, Orvitis is also carrying out home adaptation work and building Sérénitis residences for the independent over-65s.

As part of its efforts to combat "passive heating", by 2030 Orvitis will have undertaken thermal renovation work to ensure that there are no E, F and G energy label homes in its portfolio. in this way, 1,500 homes will be renovated, i.e. 150 each year.
In Dijon, Orvitis will complete the renovation of 216 homes in the Fontaine-d'Ouche district in early 2023, and has begun restructuring the "ILM" building, located 14 to 30 rue Ernest Renan, by deconstructing three stairwells to divide the building into three residential units comprising 90 homes, including a Sérénitis residence.
