Set in a beautiful 1952 th century building, Belin is a family business founded in by Josephus Belin. As a woman, she was greatly involved in the revival of the construction on Dijon in the 50 s since at that time the cabinet was involved in the promotion and construction of buildings. Since 1982, the company has abandoned this activity to devote itself exclusively to the real estate transaction and, above all, to apartments management, the trustee of condominiums, and the rental of apartments and houses. The present co-owners, including the son-in-law of this lady, therefore have the will to keep a spirit that has been bearing fruit for over fifty years. In recent years, young people have taken over within the agency and we feel that everything is being done to ensure that customers and employees feel comfortable.
