Habellis is a social housing company (ESH) of the Action Logement group, managing nearly 19,000 housing units in the Yonne, Côte-d'Or, Saône-et-Loire and Nièvre regions. Machureau in Dijon: a major development project involving the creation of 150 housing units! Habellis has taken on the role of developer and is responsible for the creation of a neighborhood offering a diversity of products, contributing to the housing mix called for by the Dijon Metropole Housing Plan. Habellis is the project manager for 105 housing units in a residence designed for affordable home-ownership and social rental, built in collective buildings as well as individual units. A parcel of land has been sold to a private developer for the construction of 45 freehold units. The 105 dwellings - 79 rentals (T1 to T5), 26 (T2 to T4) dedicated to home-ownership (a program eligible for the PSLA scheme to encourage easier home-ownership) - are spread across several buildings, and are designed according to the principles of sustainable development: landscaped pedestrian walkways, gardens and vegetation, limited automobile traffic. Private outdoor spaces, as well as communal landscaped areas, have been designed to encourage sharing and social interaction between future residents. The homes will benefit from NF Habitat HQE certification, enabling them to achieve RT 2012-10% energy performance; a high-quality place to live!
