Created in 1972 by René Arnaud, this architectural firm is very present on the market of the individual house under construction or extension. In 2000, Florence Arnaud and his husband Éric Alquier, both architects, took over this firm to perpetuate their values. Arnaud and Alquier Architects design the houses by adapting to all your needs. Present on the last Habitat Fair in Dijon, they demonstrated their ability to make home for everyone, from the reasonable budget of first-to that of a demanding senior. Mindful of ecological advances in construction, their preferences are directed towards wood construction and natural insulation materials. The firm also specializes in the layout of professional premises, in the creation, renovation or layout of banking establishments, pharmacies, optical stores or veterinary offices. The universe of interior decoration became the specialty of Florence Arnaud, who installed his boutique d'Être, Rue d'Être. It welcomes its clients to study their project and offers a beautiful selection of furniture and furnishings.
