AA Group, which associates 5 architecture, urban planning and landscape firms, becomes "AA" with an agency in Dijon in addition to those in Lyon, Saint-Étienne and Valence. A distribution on a territory of action which extends from the south of France to the Paris region. AA Dijon integrates a set of skills and values dedicated to the creation of heritage, where aesthetics and sustainable development are privileged. The firm brings together a creative and versatile team of qualified architects registered with the Order of Architects, architecture graduates, a construction economist, works coordinators and computer graphics specialists trained in BIM (Building Information Modeling), a collaborative 3D design process accessible to all participants in a construction project, which AA uses. The company serves local authorities, social landlords such as Habellis, nursing homes and certain developers such as Nexity. Winner of numerous competitions, it also advises on the development of housing estates, in particular for Nexity Foncier Conseil in Dijon. Christelle André, architect DPLG is the general manager. AA Dijon's contracts also concern the energy renovation of public buildings. Major projects are not its only field of intervention: individuals, craftsmen and industrialists also come to entrust it with their construction and renovation projects.
