In September 2024, Orvitis launched a vast renovation project in downtown Dijon. A former hostel for young workers and two houses dating from 1750 are being renovated to become a LocIzy residence. This new Group brand is aimed at the under-30s, students, apprentices as well as working people on fixed-term or even permanent contracts. The accommodation offered to young people is designed to be functional, with fully-equipped kitchens, and ranges from studio to T2 apartments, or T4 shared apartments. With LocIzy, young people will also be able to turn to Orvitis partners to rent equipment, including small household appliances, thanks to a connected concierge service.
By 2024, LOCIZY will have around twenty units available for single tenants or flatmates. Rents are particularly attractive for students and apprentices. The LocIzy website provides an overview of all available accommodation in the département.
