CDC Habitat, formerly SCIC Habitat Bourgogne, remains thethird largest social landlord in Dijon, the largest in Quetigny and thesecond largest in Chevigny-Saint-Sauveur, with a portfolio of more than 8,700 homes in Burgundy. CDC Habitat is a social housing company, a subsidiary of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations at the service of local authorities. CDC Habitat Dijon builds about 100 new homes every year.
