UNION DES MAISONS FRANÇAISES
The French Houses Union (MTU) is the first French union of home builders. It brings together over 600 members across France, more than 60% of the manufacturers, grouped in 16 regional delegations, including those in Burgundy and Franche-Comté. It is the only trade union recognised with the Ministry of Housing and is dedicated to defending the cause of manufacturers and promoting the famous construction contract (CCMI) that only manufacturers of individual houses offer, which provides the master of the book with specific guarantees very protective (damage book, perfect completion and delivery guarantee). These guarantees come from both professional insurance and specific guarantors, i. e. a credit institution or a recognised insurance undertaking shall be secure and undertake to complete the work in the event of the manufacturer's failure. It is more undeniable for future buyers of homes who are reluctant to jump down, lest things go wrong.
