Vous n'en avez pas pour votre argent. En attente de réparation. Pas d'eau chaude, l'ouvre-porte ne fonctionne toujours pas, pas de réponse à notre e-mail. Nous sommes très déçus et avons dû faire nous-mêmes de nombreuses petites réparations, alors même qu'on nous avait promis un appartement en parfait état. Loin de là. Michel Renault n'honore pas ses promesses.
You don't get what you pay for. Still waiting for repairs. No hot water, door opener still not working, not answers to our e-mail. We are very disappointed and had to do many small fixes ourselves, even as we were promised an apartment in perfect condition. Far from that. Michel Renault does not honor his promises.

Programme Villa Thémis Chalon exaspérant
Aprés un premier avis en Juin 2020 je le modifie et dégrade un peu plus la note. Suivi chantier/suivi client inexistant, aucune réponse précise aux questions posées, le flou perpetuel avec l'impression de se faire balader et des pratiques pas trés correctes vis à vis du client, 6 mois de retard.... Je conseille aux personnes engagées avec ce promoteur de tout tracer par écrit.

J'ai signé pour un appartement dans le programme Nuance au mois d'Aout et depuis rien si ce n'est 3 appels de ma part et un mail pour me demander un justificatif de financement.
Pas de nouvelles, pas de signature prévue chez un notaire à fin décembre pour un programme qui doit être livré 2 trimestre 2021.
