The Habitat of the 21st century will undoubtedly be born in Dijon. Elithis, a fluids engineering and energy and environmental performance company serving the construction and renovation sectors, first made a name for itself in 2009 with its eponymous tower in Dijon's Clemenceau district, the first positive-energy office and retail building to feature a range of solutions unprecedented for a developer. Following on from the Tour Danube in Strasbourg, Dijon and Saint-Etienne have now seen the construction of highly energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly residential towers, a program based on private investment by Berlin-based Catella Residential Investment Management (CRIM) and Elithis. The Dijon tower, NTEA, Nouvelle tour Elithis Arsenal, inaugurated in October 2023, stands on avenue Jean Jaurès in the Arsenal eco-district. The properties are offered to happy tenants who benefit from unique comfort coupled with zero heating costs. The high-rise is resolutely modern right up to the 17th floor, with a social heart, the Diamant, featuring a garden, a deck and 2 living-room areas accessible to residents. Elithis CEO Thierry Bièvre's ambition is to build 100 towers of this generation worldwide. It's a new way of living in the city, in a sustainable space with a breathtaking view. Towers under construction or under study include Saint-Etienne, Brest, Le Havre, Bordeaux, Mulhouse and Clermond Ferrand.
