Ovelia, owned by the Vinci Group, is a seniors' residence built on the former site of the Sainte-Marthe clinic. The Courtille-Sainte Marthe residence comprises 95 furnished, fully-equipped units, from studio to T3, for autonomous or semi-autonomous seniors. Accessible to people with reduced mobility, the residence offers a range of included services, starting with a concierge service with staff on hand 7 days a week, as well as access to the indoor balneotherapy area, computer area, media library or fitness room, and daily entertainment. Within the residence, Ovelia offers residents a restaurant (à la carte, half-board or full-board), a hairdressing salon, a laundry service, a cleaning service and a transportation service.
