Constructa, a national player in real estate development, is building La Résidence Les Quais in the Fontaine d'Ouche district, which is currently undergoing a complete renewal. The complex of residences, which will eventually include 142 three- to four-story units, stretches along the banks of the Burgundy Canal, offering apartments from one to four bedrooms with unobstructed views from their balconies and terraces. All of them are through-going. These new residences are affordable, since they benefit from 5.5% VAT, a zero-interest loan and are eligible for the PINEL investment scheme.
