NTEA NOUVELLE TOUR ELITHIS ARSENAL
Inaugurated on October 5, 2023, the NTEA, for Nouvelle Tour Elithis Arsenal, dominates the Arsenal district. The brainchild of SPLAAD, François Decoster (the project's coordinating architect and urban planner, AUC), Thierry Bièvre (CEO of the Elithis group) and Antonio Frausto (associate architect Arte Charpentier Architectes), this is a positive-energy tower, thanks in particular to the Aladhun application (Read more below.)
In figures, the tower comprises 59 homes spread over 16 floors, with the 17th floor devoted to collective use by residents, for gardening or socializing. It also houses 1,161 square meters of office space. The NTEA has a footprint of 245 square metres. The roof features 500 photovoltaic panels that will generate 124 megawatt-hours annually.
The genius of the tower: alongside an innovative design that reflects the genius of Elithis, the tower benefits from the Aladhun system. Winner of the "Entreprises Engagées pour la Transition Écologique" call for projects, Elithis has installed this application designed to help residents better control their energy consumption, with tailor-made advice based on data supplied by sensors installed in the dwellings. Light, heating, all lifestyle habits are screened by the application, which can deliver energy savings of around 30%. The aim is for residents to pay bills of no more than a few dozen euros a month.
Living in the tower: to benefit from the services of this genius and live in a new-generation apartment, from T2 to T4, you need to turn to Foncia, which is in charge of rentals. Either through the Dijon office or by contacting Foncia Immo Neuf. Of the 59 apartments available, three quarters were already rented at the start of 2024, with monthly rents starting at 736 euros, including all utilities, including heating.
