Les Senioriales democratized the concept of "retirement in the sun" in the 2000s by offering the first senior residences. This developer, which has also become a residence manager, accommodates more than 5,000 residents in 75 residences! At the beginning, the concept was that of senior villages, with the purchase of houses decorated with services oriented towards security, comfort and conviviality. Since 2012, Les Senioriales has been developing an urban version of this concept by adapting it to the new expectations of the market: new apartments with the latest technical and adaptability standards, with controlled charges and located in the heart of cities and close to services. Receptionists are present 7 days a week during the day, and a manager offers à la carte services from partners close to the residence as well as entertainment.
In Dijon, Senioriales is present with a residence located at the bow of the new Jean Jaurès district in the south of Dijon. The residence appears as a vessel with innovative architecture with its eight floors. The relaxation and meeting room is located next to the manager's office and gives access to a huge terrace on thefirst floor. From the studio to the vast T3 of more than 70 m², you will appreciate the large glass surfaces making all the rooms very luminous and offering pretty views from thefirst level. Tram stop, supermarket, pharmacy, optician and medical analysis laboratory are all at the foot of the residence.
