SECOURS CATHOLIQUE
Secours Catholique has been a recognized association of public utility since 1962. For 74 years, this service of the Catholic Church has based its action on the Gospel and the social doctrine of the Church. In France, Secours Catholique covers the whole country, thanks to its 4,000 local teams divided into local offices called delegations. The Burgundy delegation exists since 2012 and brings together the 4 departments. It has nearly 1,500 volunteers and about twenty employees who work to help people in difficulty. Solidarity is the watchword of Secours Catholique, the main objective being to meet and support people experiencing poverty.
