Große Klasse! Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen, recht nah am Zentrum und zum Gardasee (ca. 300 Meter jeweils) und es war alles sehr sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und Kunde orientiert. Das war unser erster Urlaub dort und bestimmt nicht der Letzte. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt und die schnelle Umsetzung unserer Wünsche!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms, public areas and gardens were spotless. The staff were very polite and attentive while still being friendly, a difficult combination. The food in the restaurant was excellent I would give it six stars if I was able.
