My window leaked when it rained and the vending machine was broke but it was clean except for the sticky floors.

Due to it being Mardi Gras weekend and everything being booked we decided to give this hotel a try because they had a room available. This hotel is a complete dump. Everything from the parking lot, lobby, elevator, and room is filthy. The room was musty and filthy. Countertop had trim falling off. The tub drain had some type of mold or fungus growing out of it. We went to the front desk for a refund. We showed the guy at the front desk the pictures of the drain and he stated “oh it’s probably mold”. After just staring at him, he stated I can get some cleaner and clean it for you if you want me to. At that point, We insisted on a refund which was granted.

Expensive & Dirty.
It's literally the filthiest place i have ever encountered. Not only does is the room disgusting, the hallways, the elevators, everything is filthy... then we get to the staff.... most unpleasant and unprofessional place I have ever been to. Now let me say this, there are two gentlemen, Brandon and Melvin! They were great, especially giving the horrible circumstances this place is.... they need a raise, and they need their unprofessional, rude management and other front staff jobs, and maybe your business might have a chance. Not to mention the elevators state they haven't been serviced since 2021 .... oh, not to mention the roach traps they have in every room.... I would stay clear of this place. Corporate has a lot of explaining to do for this location... the two ladies, the manager and desk lady, need to be fired ... Obviously, with the state of how that place looked, they are not doing their job. Also, not to mention, my heater in my room Literally almost caught my bed and sheets on fire then stopped working, so I also had to deal with not having heat for 2 days of my stay on top of the no hot water....
