If the table d'hôtes has been awarded a Michelin star, the bistro Lucien is not to be underestimated with its Bib gourmand. The warm soul between stone and wood of this bistro invites to take time around a simple meal, a glass of wine and some chosen friends. Real, good, local, the menu announces the color. Organic pork rillettes, tripe simmered with aligoté, beef confit à la bourguignonne. Special mention for the pear poached in wine, cardamom granita.

Bistrot du restaurant étoilé 'Rotisserie du Chambertin'. Que dire... La carte est simple, mais chaque plat réussit à mettre en valeur les matières premières et à créer des saveurs qui restent dans les mémoires. La carte des vins, axée sur la région, est à l'image des excellentes opportunités que l'on peut y trouver. Très, très recommandé.
