Bistro offering a homemade cuisine designed by Thomas Collomb.

If the table d'hôtes has been awarded a Michelin star, the bistro Lucien is not to be underestimated with its Bib gourmand. The warm soul between stone and wood of this bistro invites to take time around a simple meal, a glass of wine and some chosen friends. Real, good, local, the menu announces the color. Organic pork rillettes, tripe simmered with aligoté, beef confit à la bourguignonne. Special mention for the pear poached in wine, cardamom granita.

La recette du Bistrot Lucien pour déplaire :
• Servir à plusieurs convives des escargots froids
• Revenir avec les mêmes escargots et échanger les assiettes des convives
• Ne pas faire goûter le vin, le déposer au milieu de la table sans aucune attention ni pour le vin ni pour les convives
• Servir aux convives des joues de porc brûlées
• Déclarer aux convives qu’ils ne savent pas lire
• Obliger les convives à réclamer la facture alors qu’ils ont payé
• Facturer à chaque convive un menu plus cher que celui servi.
Voilà, en dehors du Bistrot Lucien, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Bourgogne et avons merveilleusement mangé dans d’autres Bibs et étoilés.
