Jean Michel Guillon is at the head of a beautiful area of nearly 14 hectares of vines spread over Gevrey, Chambolle, Vougeot, Santenay and Await. An area that welcomes you directly in the cellar, by appointment. Discover a range of red wines including Grands Crus, Clos de Vougeot and Mazis Chambertin but also First crus and many villages on the Coast of Nuits de Nuits. February 2015, the Mazis Chambertin 2013 was bottled. You can also find a dozen white wines from Await or Santenay. Jean Michel Guillon is President of the Viticole Wine Union, which has no fewer than 110 members and has 240 members. You meet here a character who really knows the slopes of Gevrey Chambertin and the craft of winemaker, you could not fall.
