Domaine Thierry Mortet is a winery located in Gevrey-Chambertin. It offers wine delivery services. The vines in the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation are planted on clay-limestone soils of different textures, such as stony, marly or rocky. The wines are aged in new barrels for 16 to 17 months, without racking, for 30% of production, while the remaining 70% are aged in vats for 5 months, then racked into older barrels for 11 to 12 months. New and older barrels are blended at bottling. The domaine produces around 18,000 bottles a year. In addition to Gevrey-Chambertin, the domaine offers other appellations such as Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru "Clos Prieur" and Gevrey-Chambertin "Vignes Belles".
