DOMAINE GALLOIS
Between Dijon and Beaune, in the heart of the Climats de Bourgogne UNESCO World Heritage Site, the domaine has been cultivating vines since 1901. Covering an area of 4 hectares, it produces 7 prestigious appellations or "climats", including the Grand Cru Charmes-Chambertin and the Premiers Crus de Gevrey-Chambertin: Combe aux Moines, Petits Cazetiers and Les Goulots. The domaine also offers Gevrey-Chambertin, Burgundy Pinot Noir and Burgundy Chardonnay wines. The domaine's philosophy is based on respect for the terroir and the winemaker's modesty, allowing the vibrancy of the terroir to express itself in each cru.
