Jiwan is the new gastronomic table that all Doha is talking about. Opened on the top floor of the Qatar National Museum under the leadership of the French chef Philippe Thierry Duc via Alain Ducasse, each dish is an ode to Qatar. A light, refined and imaginative menu features dishes rooted in Qatari culture, spiced with genius and a touch of modernity. The menu evolves with the seasons to reflect Alain Ducasse's philosophy. To make matters worse, the view of the city from the outdoor terrace is breathtaking.

One of the best places I've been too in Qatar, food is creativly delicious, the chef touches in garnish or added herbs and flavors is beautiful and I'm a picky foody????. Cuisine is Qatari fusion, the view is nice on the main cournish street facing the sea and old port area . The plates design, its just a full concept.

Nous sommes venu pour le Business Lunch. 100Qar par personne, les portions sont genereuses. Nous avons même emporté le reste de poulet Biryani pour ne pas gâcher.
Les goûts traditionnels de la région sont fin et facile à faire découvrir pour la famille en visite.
Le lieu est magnifique avec une décoration très douce.
L'équipe est au petit soin et très discret. Un service digne des plus grand restaurant.

Located in a stunning structure and overlooking Doha's corniche, this was definitely one of the highlights for me as a first-time visitor to Doha. The experiential menu was well put-together and struck a delicate balance between the traditional and the contemporary.
The only reason I'm not giving this a full 5-star rating was that the service was cold and somewhat impersonal, especially with the host desk staff that didn't bother to acknowledge me as I was leaving the restaurant.

The most amazing experience > the best food and service we had in Doha. The location is incredible and the service and food matches it. Every little detail was taken care of and they were incredible at dealing with my gluten allergy with many Gluten Free options on the menu.
Would recommend to anyone - we even saw people on layovers from the airport come into the city for this experience which is a great idea! We can’t wait to visit again!
