Jiwan is the new gastronomic table that all Doha is talking about. Opened on the top floor of the Qatar National Museum under the leadership of the French chef Philippe Thierry Duc via Alain Ducasse, each dish is an ode to Qatar. A light, refined and imaginative menu features dishes rooted in Qatari culture, spiced with genius and a touch of modernity. The menu evolves with the seasons to reflect Alain Ducasse's philosophy. To make matters worse, the view of the city from the outdoor terrace is breathtaking.

临时找了附近这家餐厅,
仔细一看居然还是米三的厨师来的。
多哈真的融合性很强,边边角角都会偶遇好吃食。点了午餐套餐,三点之前都可以点。100QAR一份。前菜,沙拉,主菜和甜品,平民价格体验米三水准。
Chickpea hummus 加了整颗鹰嘴豆的鹰嘴豆泥,口感更丰富,果干也把味道层次丰富了许多,让鹰嘴豆不再是配饼吃的酱料配角,变成一道开胃的前菜,好吃。
「Freekeh」翡麦北非地区独特的谷物,加了芝麻菜和鱿鱼口感丰富,适度的酸口调味。
eJiwan chicken biryani 印度香饭,多种调料煮出来的米饭配上先煮后烤的鸡肉,鸡肉选材很好,新鲜,烤出来也是软嫩多汁。米饭依然是煮得比较松散,香料下得也不重,比较适合中国胃。
整体感觉口味偏东南亚,融合了一些当地特色,调味没有过于奇怪的口味,适合中国胃。
学环境:有个大阳台可以俯瞰整个沙漠玫瑰。
