STENI RURAL MUSEUM
In the nearby village of Steni. Weaving looms, clothing, kitchen equipment, farming tools... Good restaurant opposite.
This municipal museum (Μουσείο Αγροτικής Ζωής της Στενής/Mousio Agrotikis Zoïs tis Stenis, Steni Museum of Village Life) is devoted to rural traditions from 1800 to 1945: weaving looms, clothing, kitchen equipment, farming tools... It is located in the main square of the village of Steni, which has around 100 inhabitants. Opposite is the Neromylos café-restaurant, which attracts tourists from all over the region with its fine Cypriot cuisine.
