Alentour specialises in the production of decorative and construction elements in reconstituted stone and concrete. Made from hard Burgundy limestone, Alentour products (columns, monobloc pillars, window sills, interior and exterior paving) have the appearance of natural stone while being frost resistant. The show-room of the Lux factory shows what reconstituted stone can bring both in decoration and construction. Thanks to the way it is used, reconstituted stone allows a wide variety of colours and shapes since the products are made from moulds created by Serge Wrobleski, who is truly passionate about the mineral material. Among the revolutionary solutions is the Piscine Alentour, a concentrate of the company's know-how. Semi-buried, it is quickly installed because it is partly prefabricated. It becomes decorative with Dynamic Mosaic border panels that let the light play on 3D patterns. Alentour also offers construction professionals the Domibilis® concept, which consists of assembling prefabricated elements of a 36 cm thick combination of concrete and hemp. Concrete, a noble material par excellence, is used both for the structure and for airtightness, while hemp provides thermal and sound insulation and the indispensable regulation of hydrometry. The exterior and interior finishes are made of lime plaster. The Alentour pieces are also distributed by materials dealers.
