This small, well-hidden, rootsy farmhouse is renowned for its organic ingredients and perfectly seasoned quail and rabbit served braised or in soup. But also chicken and bushmeat. "Experimental", tasty and exotic to perfection. Allow an hour for service if it's busy, or order in advance if you're worried about waiting too long. A very local address, which has moved to the outskirts of Bingerville. You have to earn it to find it!
