RÉSIDENCE LIBERTÉ
Michel de Marmont, an artist and gallery owner trained in the construction industry, is carrying out a rehabilitation program for the former Grande Galeries de Monbard, to which he has already given new life by installing a contemporary art gallery of over 1,200 m². Phase 2 of his project is underway with the creation of a dozen apartments ranging in size from 40 to 130 m², some of which are duplexes. The layout of the apartments is free in response to the desires of the purchasers. The residence is intended to be hotel-like, with some properties available for rent under the supervision of a concierge. Standard services, parquet floors, fitted kitchens and bathrooms and large bay windows. The plus of the residence, a lounge bar overlooking the roof top accessible to residents and visitors of the gallery.
